(The following applies to salon product sales and services rendered by salon stylists. Please check with your Independent Contractor for their acceptable payment types.)

Gratuities

At Anasa tips are never expected but always appreciated. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Company policy does not allow for any gratuity to be added to a credit card but may be added to any debit card service transaction.

Service Refunds

Anasa Hair Studio guarantees the satisfaction of every service we perform.
Unfortunately, no refunds are given on services, however we will provide all of the resources available to meet your expectations.

Product Refunds

Products may be returned for refund up to 45 days after purchase.

Professional Ethics

Professionals realize that a change in style techniques from time to time is refreshing. Please do not assume that an artist’s feelings will be hurt if you decide to experiment with other stylists. WE WORK AS A TEAM!
