Professional Ethics

As professionals our team members realize that a change in style techniques from time to time is refreshing. Please do not assume that an artist’s feelings will be hurt if you decide to experiment with other stylists. WE WORK AS A TEAM!

Service Deposits

A deposit is required for first time color clients. The deposit is 100% refundable if the appointment is cancelled prior to 24 Hours. If an emergency arises and your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit may be applied to a future service.

Payment Types

(The following applies to salon product sales and services rendered by salon stylists. Please check with your Independent Contractor for their acceptable payment types.) cash/visa/mastercard/

Gratuities

At Anasa tips are never expected but always appreciated. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Company policy does not allow for any gratuity to be added to a credit card but may be added to any debit card service transaction.

 

Service Refunds

Anasa Hair Studio guarantees the satisfaction of every service we perform.
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service with same stylist who provided the service, as long as we are notified within 7 days and an appointment is scheduled within 14 days.

If you request the re do service with another higher priced stylist, you will be responsible for paying the difference in cost of the service.

 

Product Refunds

Products may be returned for refund, if less than 25% used, up to 120 days after purchase.

 

 

In order to allocate the proper amount of time, all first time guests booking a color service, must have a consultation PRIOR to scheduling an appointment, either in salon, or by clicking on New Clients button
