Please read below prior to paying your appointment booking fee.
An appointment booking fee is required for first time color and / or Ouidad services, clients who have no-showed a previous scheduled appointment, and/or appointments scheduled for over 3 hours.
If you don’t show up, it has a huge impact on our team.
The appointment booking fee is 100% refundable if the appointment is cancelled prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
If an emergency arises and you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled appointment, the appointment booking fee will be applied to a future service, that must scheduled within 30 days of the cancellation.
A second consecutive appointment cancellation with less that 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your appointment booking fee.
A no call or no show will also result in forfeiture of your appointment booking fee.
If you agree to the above terms, please go ahead and make your appointment booking fee.
